- Ronnie Brown had a great day…4 TD’s plus one throwing! He started the game for the Dolphins as well, but Brown 17 carries, Ricky Williams 16 carries…so we still have a split RB situation in Miami
- Ever watch TO play football…he is a great football player…he had 20 yards receiving Sunday night, yet blocked his butt off.
- Denver and Miami RB situations are a mess…just trade all their RB’s…you will sleep better.
- Detroit, Kansas City, Atlanta and ST. Louis…when your RB plays any of these teams…they become a MUST START.
- Indianapolis is as well as long as Bob Sanders is out.
- WR’s love seeing New Orleans, Green Bay and Denver on the schedule and those are three teams that should make the playoffs.
- Baltimore and Tennesse have given up 20 and 29 point respectively…3 – 3 tie in week 5?
- The BYE WEEKS ARE HERE…rule 1…never drop a player that can help you win a game later just to fill a hole in your roster…take a zero for one week if you have to…
- Teams that are done after 3 weeks…Cleveland, Oakland, St. Louis, Detroit and Kansas City
- Team that is close to being done…Cincinnati (Palmer, TJ and Ocho will make some noise at some point, won’t they?),
- The Giants could still finish 4th in the division…I said could people.
- The Steelers were exposed Sunday at Philly. If they can’t run the ball and protect their QB they are in trouble.
- New England will be OK…they just won’t be the greatest team ever…but still good enough to win the division.
- I can’t decide if I believe in Buffalo yet!
- Minnesota and Jacksonville got MUST needed wins…Both will make the playoffs…
- Brian Westbrook…sigh…that offense needs him…and must have him to compete…C Buck is a nice player but he is not Westbrook.
- Brian Griese’s arm hurts today…if it does not…my arm hurts for him…67 passes..wow!
- FLUKES are the week: Steve Slaton (sorry not buying it, Tennesse took away Andre Johnson, that is the way to beat the Texans), Miles Austin, Brian Griese and Ronnie Brown (one week, now everyone has film Ronnie)
- FINDS of the week: Julius Jones (he plays in a week division, I believe now), Antonio Bryant and Justin McCareins
- I am not sure what to do with Brandon Llyod he could be a find.
09.10.08
Let’s start today with some simple Fantasy Football reminders:
- One person’s trash is another man’s treasure!
- Do onto others as you would like done onto you!
- Take your heart out of all decisions!
- You snooze you lose, think ahead!
- Relax!
OK now let’s break these down one by one with a bit more detail.
One person’s trash is another man’s treasure: Once the draft is over the most important part of a Fantasy Football team is the waiver wire. You have to look through every transaction every day. You never know what treasure you may find. For example today I found Kevin Smith was dropped yesterday in one of my leagues. The team who dropped him chose to go in another direction and picked up Fargas from Oakland. Understandable but I targeted Kevin Smith early in my drafts and missed out on him…now he is my 4th RB and has great upside. You just never know. With most rosters at 14 to 16 players owners will have to make decisions to cut people they may not want to. It takes 30 seconds to check the waiver wire every day, do not assume that Wednesday morning the waiver week is done.
Do onto others as you would have done onto you: In the last two days I have seen some of the most ridiculous trade offers ever. Now with that said, you never know what someone will consider a good deal. If a deal to good to be true is offered to you, take it…but don’t be the one to make crazy offers. Just because Tom Brady is out for the year does not mean someone will swap Randy Moss for Edgarrin James. So stop it now! Thank you!
Take your heart out of all decisions: Eddie Royal is now the darling of the Fantasy world. He torched D. Hall for 146 yards onMonday night and is now only available in 10% of leagues worldwide (He would have been on your roster already if you had checked out www.fansfantasyfootball.com earlier, where we told you to grab him as a sleeper, but…). You can love the kid, you can add him to your roster, but please realize it was one week. Realize Brandon Marshall is back for week 2 and that Eddie will be third on the target chart in Denver the rest of the year. Matt Jones when it’s all said and done may be the better pickup because he could be the number 1 WR in Jagsville, and will wind up with more targets. Just don’t fall in love with any player…once you do…you get burned.
You snooze you lose, think ahead: You will see on my What’s New Page that under pickups for the week I list Deion Branch. Now Branch in my opinion does not play til week 4, but he is instantly the number one receiver in Seattle and is owned in few leagues. One of the keys to winning Fantasy Football is finding the diamonds in the rough before everyone else. So, think ahead and don’t snooze of guys from the practice squads or free agents. They may be this year’s Graham or Grant. Think about Cedric Benson, Shawn Alexander, Darius Walker, DeDe Dorsey, Kevin Jones and others. Now saying they will be the next one, but you have to keep them on your radar.
Relax!!!: One week and I have seen people dropping players like Kevin Smith, Marc Bulger, Chris Perry and Jabar Gaffney to name a few. To me you have to see for two weeks what is really going to happen with a player. So don’t rush to judgment. Relax its only 1 week. If you are 0 – 1…you are still in the playoff hunt.
THE MONDAY MORNING QUICK HITS 09.08.08
Wow…first of all you have to love the NFL. AFC favorites, the Colts and Chargers lose, The Bills look great verses perennial NFC challengers the Seahawks, two rookie QB’s get wins in the debut (Flacco and Ryan) and two Pro Bowl QB’s go down….and we have not even finished the week. You have to love the NFL!
First things first, Tom Brady took a possible season ending hit in the first quarter. It was not a dirty play…lets’ get that out of the way. It’s a play that unfortunately happens in the NFL and no intend to injure was there, no matter what Randy Moss says. The effect on the New England Patriots football team can’t be measured. They lost their leader! How it will effect Moss, Welker and Gaffney won’t be able to been seen til they play another game. Matt Cassel takes over and one thing you can say about Cassel is that he knows the offense and has been able to watch, listen and learn from one of the best. For the fantasy football world a few things:
- Moss and Welker get dropped a bit in the rankings. Moss is still top 10, just not number 1, and Welker is now 15 instead of 12ish. If I had to guess now I’d say Welker stays as Cassel’s security blanket and will see the least diminished numbers.
- I think the running game gets a big boost. All seventeen RB’s! They are going to have to rely a bit more on Morris and Maroney especially.
- Cassel is worth a roster spot for sure. The schedule is not terrible for New England and Cassel could put up some decent numbers.
- THIS IS WHY YOU DRAFT FOR DEPTH…you never know when the next injury is around the courner.
Other injuries of note:
- Vince Young will miss 2 to 4 weeks with an MCL injury. This will most likely help the Tennessee passing game.
- Marion Barber left after 2 TD’s Sunday with what they are calling cartilage damage to his ribs. He says he will be fine…grab Felix Jones just in case if he is available.
- Joseph Addai left late Sunday with a head injury. This concerns me because this happened in the pre-season as well. Grab Dominic Rhodes if available.
- LaDanian Tomlinson says he has turf toe, but it’s nothing serious. Darren Sproles is needed here.
- Antonio Gates is going to be dinged up all year…
- Others of note: Drew Bennett has possible ligament damage in his foot, Brodie Croyle will miss 2 to 3 weeks with a separates shoulder, and Maurice Morris is getting an MRI on his knee Monday.
More notes and the week that was tomorrow.
8.27.08
After three weeks of the pre-season….AFC Fantasy Football notes:
Buffalo Bills: Edwards beats out Losman! Is this the year the Bills take a step forward? Team still needs to find a TE. Lanston Walker injury could create issues.
Man of the Year: If it’s anyone besides Marshawn Lynch, this team is in a heap of trouble.
Bust of the Year: Josh Reed, the bills drafted James Hardy to finally take some pressure off Lee Evans.
Sleeper: Trent Edwards…teams will try and stop the run, which will give Edwards lots of opportunities to open things up.
Miami Dolphins: New coach…check….new QB…new General Manger…lots of things are new in Miami.
Man of the Year: Chad Pennington has a chance to make a huge difference.
Bust of the Year: Ricky Williams…can’t handle a full load…be careful in drafting him.
Sleeper: Ted Gin Jr…has the speed and moves to be a dynamic WR…but can he handle the pounding on his smallish frame.
New England Patriots: 18 and 1…does that 1 linger or is it a rallying point? Have teams figured out how to slow down Brady and Moss, like was done in the playoffs?
Man of the Year: Laurence Maroney will have to play a larger role in the offense this year.
Bust of the Year: Brady and Moss…both will be top 10 in their respective positions but just do not expect record setting years…I’dguess 35 to 40 TD’s for Brady and 15 TD’s for Moss.
Sleeper: I keep waiting for Ben Watson to have a breakout year…I think this is it.
New York Jets: It was actually a ho-hum camp for the Jets. Nothing really happened…well until a hall of fame to be QB came along and pushed expectations through the roof.
Man of the Year: How many wins is Brett Farve worth? I’d say to the Jets 4…so 8 – 8 would be a true miracle.
Bust of the Year: Brett Farve…yes he is the man also, but this is not Green Bay...28 TD’s would amaze me. He is still the gun slinger, so 24 TD’s and 20 INT’s is a possibility.
Sleeper: Jesse Chatman…with T. Jones now 30 and injury to him would open the door for a pretty decent Chatman.
Denver Broncos: Shanny’s back, back again, Shanny’s back, tell a friend. Everyone’s favorite Fantasy coach is back again to torment us all.
Man of the Year: Jay Cutler will be a top 8 QB this year.
Bust of the year: Selvin Young…3 or 4 RB’s will start for Denver this year…and usually the first guy up is the last guy in totalyards.
Sleeper: Andre Hall and Anthony Alridge…they will start at some point this year…worth a flyer.
Kansas City Chiefs: Something tells me this team may be Fantasy friendly this year…Croyle starts at QB, LJ is back and healthy, Gonzo is well Gonzo…what’s not to like? Revamped OLINE! Dwayne Bowe is a legit WR…oh now I see it...Davard Darling is the other WR and Herm Edwards is still the coach.
Man of the year: It does not seem to matter who the QB is Tony Gonzales gets his catches, but will TD’s be a problem this year?
Bust of the Year: With Croyle at QB, LARRY JOHNSON, healthy or not, is going to see a lot of 8 and 9 man fronts.
Sleeper: Jackie Battle…he is a big 6’3, 238 bruising back who can get into the hole quickly…If LJ goes down…keep an eye on him.
Oakland Raiders: This is a young team with a ton of untapped talent on the offensive side of the ball and a defense that is better than people think.
Man of the Year: JaMarcus Russell is essentially a rookie but the Raiders will go as far as he can take them.
Bust of the Year: Darren Mcfadden is not Adrian Peterson, he simply is not.
Sleeper: Ronald Curry could have 70 catches and 8 TD’s this year.
San Diego Chargers: Injured players return to lead the Bolts! Rivers, Gates and LT all back after disappointing end to 2007.
Man of the Year: LT is still the best player in the NFL
Bust of the Year: Vincent Jackson has untapped potential at WR…it remains untapped.
Sleeper: Legedu Naanee I can see him replacing Jackson in the lineup by mid-season.
Baltimore Ravens: A pre-season that leaves the team with more questions than answers. Who is the QB, RB, CB, TE…and so on and so forth.
Man of the Year: JOE FLACCO will be the starter by week 5 at the latest.
Bust of the Year: Willis McGahee…I said early on something worried me about him.
Sleeper: Yamon Figures will have a huge impact in the return game and will be given a shot at WR.
Cincinnati Bengals: Rudi is not ready, Chad is hurting and did I read that Chris Henry was resigned? WOW!
Man of the Year: Carson Palmer is a top 5 QB. He will have to throw a lot with the RB situation unsettled.
Bust of the Year: Chad Johnson is hurting…and it’s not going to get better.
Sleeper: Jerome Simpson WR…with Johnson and TJ banged up Simpson should get a chance this season and I think he is special.
Cleveland Browns: Huge expectations for the Browns this year. Can Anderson duplicate the first 10 games from 2007 for an entire year? Can Jamal continue his revival?
Man of the Year: Braylon Edwards is a top 5 WR and getting better!
Bust of the Year: Derek Anderson is being drafted like a top 6 QB, he will be lucky to be a top 12 guy.
Sleeper: Brady Quinn will start at some point this year.
Pittsburgh Steelers: Why is this team being overlooked again this year? Best balance of any team in the division.
Man of the Year: Ben Roethlisberger…did you know Big Ben threw 32 TD’s last year? Well, he throws 35 this year.
Bust of the Year: Rashard Mendenhall is going to be a solid if not great NFL RB, but just not this year…Willie Parker is still the man in Pittsburgh.
Sleeper: Limas Sweed..Ben wanted a big receiver and he got a really good one.
Houston Texans: Can they find a RB? Can Andre Johnson stay healthy, can the defense continue to improve.
Man of the Year: Andre Johnson will lead the league in receptions and yards if he plays 16 games this year.
Bust of the Year: Kevin Walter is currently number two on the depth chart, he finishes 4th.
Sleeper: Jacoby Jones for the second year in a row…
Indianapolis Colts: The only question is…Manning’s knee and how healthy will it be. Jeff Saturday the leader of the OLINE may be out a long period of time as well.
Man of the Year: Joseph Addai has to be the man and take pressure of Manning early in the season.
Bust of the Year: Anthony Gonzales has lots of potential but a healthy Marvin Harrison will curtail his production this year.
Sleeper: Roy Hall…if Harrison get hurt this year..Hall will get some time.
Jacksonville Jaguars: Can they finally win the division? They appear to have all the pieces in place.
Man of the Year: David Garrard has to continue to be efficient and effective in 2008.
Bust of the Year: Troy Williamson is simply not that good.
Sleeper: Matt Jones had a great camp…and has earned his chance to play.
Tennessee Titans: Can Vince Young reduce the turnovers? That is the question for this team. They have a solid defense a good running game, but need VY to take care of the ball better…9 -17 TD to INT ratio will not get it done.
Man of the Year: Vince Young…it is his team and he has to be a better on field leader.
Bust of the Year: LenDale White? I think he will have a good year, but all this Chris Johnson talk has me worried a bit.
Sleeper: Justin McCariens has the size and speed to be exactly what VY needs.
8.26.08
After three weeks of the pre-season….NFC Fantasy Football notes: AFC tomorrow!
Dallas: Remember when Pac-Man, I mean Adam Jones was all the buzz then nothing…very quiet camp for the boys…they are healthy a poised for a huge year…draft all Cowboys with confidence…
Man of the Year: Marion Barber…the man should be a top 3 RB this year if healthy
Bust of the Year: He will be good, but Owens is getting older…and his team around him is getting better…maybe only 11 TD’s…top 10 WR, not top 5.
Sleeper: Patrick Crayton may get lots of opportunities as teams focus on Owens, Whitten and Barber.
New York Giants: Trade away Shockey; lose Osi for the year…Straham coming back? The Super Bowl Champs may finish 4th in the division! Burress still not seen at practice.
Man of the Year: Brandon Jacobs…he has to stay healthy but he has the most potential of any Giant!
Bust of the Year: Eli Manning…I know he had a great run…but in the Fantasy world he is mediocre at best!
Sleeper: Steve Smith, Burress is never healthy and Toomer is up in age.
Washington Redskins: I would hate to be a DE and a redskin...your health may be in danger. Third pre-season game is most like a real game? Skins lost 47 – 3 and gave up over 200 yards on the ground…I like this team this year, but you have got to be concerned.
Man of the Year: Clinton Portis led the league in touches last year and is still the best player on the team.
Bust of the Year: Santana Moss...his hammy pull is just around the corner.
Sleeper: Devin Thomas, they need a big receiver
Philadelphia Eagles: Who is going to play WR? No really who…right now its DeShawn Jackson and hopefully Reggie Brown gets healthy…but Baskett, Lewis? How long has it been since McNabb has a WR corps?
Man of the Year: Brian Westbrook…he better be…or this team is done.
Bust of the Year: I hate to say it but McNabb, who is he going to throw too? He may have a good year but not top 7 or 8 QB good.
Sleeper: Brent Celek, because LJ Smith is always a health concern.
Arizona Cardinals: Warner or Leinart…Edge is old….Boldin is mad…everyone’s favorite sleeper team, every year, has a bunch of issue to deal with.
Man of the year: Larry Fitzgerald is a beast…a top 5 WR who should catch 90 balls and score 12 TD’s or more.
Bust of the Year: Leinart, even if he starts…Warner is going to play…Warner is the safer pick of the two.
Sleeper: Tim Hightower, someone has to take some carries of Edge.
San Francisco: Alex Smith former number 1 pick lost a QB competition to JT O’Sullivan…wow. Magic Martz brings his system to SF, but WR help is needed…lots of parts to like in SF from a fantasy standpoint, but how will they all fit together?
Man of the year: Frank Gore…Martz says he will be the focal point of the offense...which would mean 1600 total yards, 80 catches and 12 TD’s…I would take that.
Bust of the year: Vernon Davis is a freak, but the Martz system is not WR friendly. Be careful picking him as a top 10 TE.
Sleeper: Josh Morgan, especially if Martz spins his magic for another 4000 yards passing game.
Seattle Seahawks: Hasselbeck’s bad back is starting to worry some. WR’s are banged up. RB’s are a committee…and Tatupu just got banged up on D. Weak division, but this is not looking like a great team.
Man of the Year: Matt Hasselbeck has got to be the man for this team to go anywhere.
Bust of the Year: Bobby Engram, hurt, 35…not a good combo
Sleeper: Courtney Taylor has looked great in the pre-season and will get the chance to start.
ST. Louis Rams: Deep Breath Steven Jackson is back in camp and now happy…if the defense can stop someone this team could surprise.
Man of the Year: Steven Jackson, the line has to stay healthy and keep Bulger upright, but he is a beast.
Bust of the Year: Stop reading that this is Randy McMichaels year…it’s not!
Sleeper: Donnie Avery…if Drew Bennett can’t stay healthy he will get a shot.
Chicago Bears: Kyle Orton won the QB job, Rookie Matt Forte is the starter and Devin Hester may be a starting WR? The Defense better be real real good.
Man of the Year: Matt Forte...yes he is a rookie, but this is a run first team and he can do it.
Bust of the Year: Desmond Clarke…this is the year Greg Olson takes over as the best TE in Chicago.
Sleeper: Rashied Davis…has had a productive pre-season and will have every opportunity to be the number one guy.
Detroit Lions: New offensive system so the days of the chucking it 50 times a game, are over. Kitna looks good in new offence. New Rookie starting RB and an improved defense?
Man of the Year: Kevin Smith is a hard runner with some explosiveness. He will get the ball 20 to 25 times a week. Also watch out for Calvin Johnson.
Bust of the Year: The days of 4000 yards passing are over so Kitna will not put up numbers like the last two years, but still a solid number 2 QB on your fantasy team.
Sleeper: Jason Hanson, I know how a kicker can be a sleeper, but he kicks indoors for a team that may struggle to get into the end zone at times.
Green Bay Packers: Nothing to see here…boring ho hum camp…move along. This situation scares me. I really do not know if Grant was a flash in the pan, Is Rodgers the real deal? Lots of questions!
Man of the year: If they are going to repeat last year’s run…Ryan Grant has to be what he was in the last 8 games in 2007.
Bust of the Year: Greg Jennings…Rodgers is not Farve.
Sleeper: Brandon Jackson, if Grant slips…they really like this kid.
Minnesota Vikings: The AP show…starts in week 1 this year…Can Tavaris Jackson improve the passing game and take some pressure off AP. Can the Defense be as great as they were last year?
Man of the Year: Adrian Peterson…2000 yards? 20 TD’s? Anything is possible.
Bust of the Year: Bernard Berrian, just do not like this situation.
Sleeper: Chester Taylor, if AP gets dinged up…his role could increase.
Atlanta Falcons: The Matt Ryan era begins! The Michael burner Turner era begins! With Matt Ryan winning the QB job, I think Turner is in line to be a workhorse to take the pressure off the rookie.
Man of the Year: Michael Turner finally gets his chance to shine.
Bust of the Year: Roddy White will see his production reduced this year.
Sleeper: Jerious Norwood had talent, but never seems to get the chance to show it…if Turner gets hurt, he will.
Carolina Panthers: Jake Delhomme comes back from elbow surgery and finds he can’t throw to his main target til week 3. RB situation still cloudy with Williams and Stewart both having great games.
Man of the Year: Tough one here, but in the end I think STEWART becomes the work horse.
Bust of the Year: If they thought DeAngelo Williams could be a feature back they would not have drafted Stewart.
Sleeper: Jeff King could surprise at the TE position.
New Orleans Saints: Brees gets a new target in Shockey. Greatest show on turf?
Man of the Year: 4000 yards, 30+ TD’s is not out of the question for DREW BREES.
Bust of the year: I do not know that anything is expected from Deuce McAllister but whatever is should not be.
Sleeper: Pierre Thomas, with Deuce still not 100% and Reggie Bush the great unknown…Thomas is a tough nosed runner.
Tampa Bay Bucs: How many QB’s does it take to screw in a light bulb? Plus they tried to get Farve! Strange days in Tampa.
Man of the Year: Joey Galloway has to continue to find the fountain of youth to take the pressure off the running game.
Bust of the Year: Earnest Graham…at this time last year, you did not even know his name.
Sleeper: Carnell Williams…remember him…if he makes the roster he could be this year’s Earnest Graham.

8.1.08
So it’s almost draft time for many Fantasy Football leagues, although I would never draft until the last week of August personally, but anyway, draft day is almost here. So it is time for everyone to rank their players, read hundreds of websites, magazines and watch NFL LIVE for any clues to what could happen…who the sleepers are, the busts will be and who the MARCUS COLSTON SUPER SLEEPER OF THE YEAR will be. MARCUS MONK, btw…but that is for another article.
Like most players and writers on Fantasy Football, I read what my associates write, because we all have our own views as to how to play and win this game and try to give good solid advice. What I read yesterday brought into question one of my theories on this game…the RB/RB picks in round one and two….
Matthew Berry of ESPN and frankly one of my favorite guys to read…has taken the Texas Two-Step back on his usual RB/RB strategy…he wrote “Well, for the first time in the decade or so that I've been writing this, it's best player available (at least in the second round). Too many running backs are in time shares. Too many quarterbacks are about the same skill level. And look at last year's scoring leaders: Of the top 30 players in standard ESPN.com scoring, only seven were running backs. Eight were wide receivers, 14 were quarterbacks, plus the Chargers D/ST sneaked in there, as well.”
Shame Shame Shame Mr. Berry…what am I suppose to believe in now? The 2 dollar bill…be serious. Just like as you say, “When Barack Obama talks about "Change we can believe in!" I can only assume he means some new theories for TMR's Draft Day Manifesto for 2008.” Well saying there will be change for change sake does not work in Washington and will not work in the world of Fantasy Football. Just because something is new or different does not make it better and one year does not make it a trend but simply a blip on the radar. As for Mr. Obama he is trying to get elected, something I’d love to help him with, as when you try to get elected you say you will change things from how they are…brilliant! I on the other hand and trying to get to the playoffs and win something more important than an election…a FANTASY FOOTBALL LEAGUE! So with that in mind, I will have to respectfully disagree with Mr. Berry. The following WR’s were taken in the 4th round or later in my 2007 FANTASY EXPERTS LEAGUE (click here to confirm), Reggie Brown, Deion Branch, DJ Hackett, Hines Ward, Santana Moss, RANDY MOSS, Reggie Williams, Darrell Jackson, Kevin Curtis, Braylon Edwards, Laverneous Coles, Calvin Johnson, Santonio Holmes, Donald Driver, Bernard Berrian, Plaxico Burress, Donte Stallworth, Chris Chambers, Brandon Marshall, Wes Welker, Joey Galloway, Jerrico Cotchery and Greg Jennings to name a few.
A few facts…last year there were 20 WR’s with 1000 yards receiving or more. There were only 17 RB’s with 1000 yards rushing or more, but 3 RB’s Marion Barber, Ryan Grant and Earnest Graham had 898 yards or more ALL THREE WILL EXCEED 1000 YARDS IN 2008, baring an injury…so I am calling it a tie for the 2008 season. Now the following WR’s did not get 1000 yards receiving last year, Dwayne Bowe, Santonio Holmes, Greg Jennings, Anquan Boldin, Lee Evans, Roy Williams, Santana Moss and Hines Ward to name a few. My point here is that every year WR’s pop up and surprise and there are always plenty of WR’s available after round 3.
My advice is listed here (click here on Fans Fantasy Football’s draft strategy) but I choose a RB/RB/RB strategy in the first three rounds of a FANTASY DRAFT…even in 2008. I look at things this way, in the REAL NFL…GM’s are now saying you need 2 Starting RB’s to win in the league because the defenses are bigger and stronger and injuries happen….Back to the Math….there are 32 NFL team…there are 12 teams in most Fantasy Leagues so if all 12 teams in your league followed my guide…36 RB’s would be taken thru 3 rounds….Trust me at least 3 QB’s and 5 WR’s and a TE or 2 will be taken in the first 3 rounds minimum. So, if you follow this Guide you now have 3 starting NFL RB’s…you now have trade bait and depth…you can now withstand an injury or better yet, make a trade with the team that now must start Chester Taylor at RB, while you still are starting WR’s that are on the field for every down. It works, its time tested and it's not a panic plan based on the blip of 2007’s season, again with all due respect to Mr. Berry and ESPN.
Good Luck and draft well!
