THE NEW MONDAY MORNING QUICK HITS ON KEN ZALIS's COLUMNS PAGE
Some Notes from week 4:
- Buffalo is for real!
- Arizona is not...but they still may win the division.
- Joe Flacco will be a good QB in the NFL for a decade!
- Oakland is a train wreck...Al Davis seemed to protest too much?
- San Diego will win the west.
- Denver can score but they can't stop anyone...they are a fantasy footballer's dream!
- So TO got 20 or so looks and is still not happy...
- The NFC East is just scary...Washington may be for real folks. Campbell (who I am not a fan of) looks like Garrard from last year.
- Steve Slaton is a 3rd down back in the NFL...Can catch out of the backfield, but will never be a between the tackles every down back.
- FLUKES: Mr. Owens in JAX, Arnaz Battle, Zack Miller, Marty Booker
- FINDS: Justin Gage, Austin Miles and Michael Bush
- NOT SURE YET: Steve Beaston
TRADE BAIT(s): Larry Johnson (strike now), Lance Moore (when Colston comes back his run is done), All Browns and Bengals, except Winslow (this is not going to get better I fear).
STAR(S) OF WEEK (officially renamed the LT of the Week): BRETT FARVE TO LAVERNEOUS COLES
DUD(S) of the Week: Philip Rivers, Reggie Bush, Chris Perry, Ryan Grant and Maurice Jones-Drew.
Hot Pick up(s) of the week: Deuce McAllister, Michael Bush, Lance Moore, Miles Austin (maybe he is for real), Reggie Brown, Kevin Curtis (coming back soon), Kevin Walter, Brandon Jackson
TEAM(s) of the WEEK:I am liking the Tennesse Titans more and more
Ut Oh of the week: Green Bay Packers can't run the ball...Now Rodgers is banged up and the D failed in the 4th...
